In a nutshell: John Badolato has taken a successful cosmetic dentistry practice and expanded upon a good thing. He created the Extreme Makeover Arizona Team as an alliance of cosmetic dental specialists. In addition, Badolato is planning to soon launch a new company that specializes in Web site design for health care professionals.
Badolato works with both the local Chrysalis shelter and the Give Back a Smile program to help victims of domestic violence rebuild their broken smiles – often free of charge. He also talks to children about the importance of dental hygiene at the local Boys & Girls Clubs.
What are the most important factors that led you to where you are today? “The biggest factor that has led me to where I am today can be summed up with a quote from the movie ‘Jerry Maguire’: The key to this business is personal relationships.’ As a doctor the cornerstone to my success is the relationships I strive to build with each or my patients. Beyond that, as a business-man, many of my achievements stem from simply having great people around me. Whether it happens merely through osmosis or through well-orchestrated synergy, my team and network of business partners are the real secret to my success.”
